How to place an order with us:
- Select products : Browse our store and select the products you're interested in. Click "Add to Cart" to save your selection.
- Review Cart : Once you have selected all the items you want, click the cart icon to review your order.
- Checkout : Click "Checkout" to begin the order process. Enter your shipping address and preferred payment method.
- Select payment method : Choose one of the available payment methods (e.g. credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and complete your order.
- Order confirmation : After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all details of your order.

Where do I redeem vouchers?
Where do I redeem vouchers?
Vouchers can be easily redeemed at checkout .
Here's how:
- Select products and add them to your shopping cart.
- Go to checkout .
- In the checkout area you will find a field labeled “Enter voucher or discount code .”
- Enter your voucher code here and click " Apply ." The discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount.
Please note that only one voucher can be used per order.

Shipping costs
Free shipping for orders over CHF 75 (PostPac Economy).
For deliveries with an order value of less than CHF 75, we will charge an additional fee:
PostPac Economy: CHF 7.00
PostPac Priority: CHF 9.00.- (A-Post)
Delivery times
All products are ready for immediate dispatch from our Swiss warehouse.
The packages are handed over to the Swiss Post every 48 hours.
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours, depending on the handover time.
Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days . Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.
Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer in exceptional cases, such as holidays or high order volumes.

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed.
To process a cancellation, we recommend that you contact us by email as soon as possible so that we can stop processing your order in time. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible, but you can then exercise your right of return .
